Full Refunds

Prettycooltees.com will issue a full refund if:

• You receive a t-shirt different than what your ordered.
• The t-shirt is defective in any way.
• You are unhappy with the quality of the t-shirt or the printed design.

To be eligible for a refund, the shirt must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of purchase.

Store Credit & Exchanges

If you are simply unhappy with your shirt and it's due to no fault of Prettycooltees, you can return your item for store credit or a partial refund. Store credit will be equal to the original cost of your item. Partial refunds will be equal to the original cost of your item minus a $5.00 restocking fee. Item must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping fees.
