Placing an order is quick and easy.

• Click the picture of the shirt or design you would like to purchase.
• Customize your shirt by choosing a style, size, and color. Once complete, click the "ADD TO CART" button to add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Enter your delivery address, billing information, and choose a payment method. Make sure your billing address matches the address your credit card company has on file.
• Complete your order.

We can currently ship to all locations in the United States and to many countries Internationally.

All items are custom made to order. We print, inspect, and package all orders in 2-6 business days. We then ship via U.S.P.S Priority or First Class Mail out of Chicago, Illinois. Delivery can take 5-12 business days from the date of purchase for all orders in the United States and an additional 5-10 business days to International destinations.

We take pride in the quality of our tees and designs and meticulously inspect every order before it is shipped. But we want to be fully confident shopping at Pretty Cool Tees and offer a very generous return policy.

If we make a mistake or provide you with an item that doesn't meet quality expectations, we will happily issue a full refund. We also offer partial refunds and exchanges for issues that are no fault of Prettycooltees.com.

Prettycooltees uses the latest in direct-to-garment printing technology which allows us to offer apparel printing of the highest degree of clarity, vibrancy, and durability available. Advances in pre-treatment, ink quality, and dark-garment printing has made it possible to produce a product that is as good, if not better than, silk screening (which in the past was considered the highest quality printing process available).

Not happy with a shirt? No problem! We will refund your money (minus shipping) if you feel the quality does not meet our guarantee or your expectations.

We are an American based company with facilities in Chicago, Illinois and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We print our own t-shirts - no third parties involved! All work is done by American workers of our Chicago, IL print warehouse.
